Our Mission
It is our highest goal to provide each customer with individual attention.  Randy is Factory Trained with over 18 years of experience.  We pride ourselves on providing professional service & a fair price.  The average person may look at a golf cart and see a way to get from the clubhouse to the tee.  We want them to see that it can be used in their lives everyday.  Working on their property at home, doing the gardening, repairs on the property, at the campground and anywhere you desire to go. When you see our golf carts, you will see the difference in our passion. The business is owned and operated by Randy & Kim Jourdan and it is our mission to help you realize your dream of owning a golf cart, customized to fit your needs.
We started Custom Built Golf Carts because of a dream and a passion. Randy has worked in the golf cart world for more than 18 years. His main job was servicing carts on location, whether it was a fleet of carts at a golf course, carts at an industrial location or an individual's cart at his home.  He felt his service was limited and wanted to be able to provide customers the attention and service they needed and deserved based on each individual cart.  He has now been able to take the opportunity and do just that.

Just wanted to take a second and thank you for the great looking golf carts
you made for the Illinois State Police. We will be using them in our Drive
for Life program. This program is designed to educate teens and adults on
the dangers of distracted driving. Studies have shown, if you text and
drive, you are just as impaired as someone with a breath alcohol content
(BAC) of .125. In Illinois someone with a BAC of .08 is subject to arrest
for D.U.I. Through education we can save lives. We are proud to have the
addition of two very sharp carts from Custom Built Golf Carts in our fleet.
